Customer Service Representative

The CSR will be part of the Supply Chain service and will be responsible for back-office sales administration (order processing, deliveries and reporting). This is a key position linking between customers and sales people in Asia, and other Headquarters’ functions in Thailand. The preferred qualifications should be:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or related field


• Knowledge in banking for international business, import-export procedure and information technology is preferable.


• At least 2 years successful experience in sales and / or telemarketing department of an international company.


• Good command of spoken and written English. Fluency in a third international language such as Chinese or Japanese is supportive.


• Computer literacy in internet, e-mail and MS office is a must.


• Positive attitude and capable to work in team under high-pressured situation.


• Be able to work independently and have good abilities in business analysis.


• Good follow up skills and negotiation skills, pleasant personality, sales-service oriented, and problem-solving initiative.


• High responsibility and flexibility in workplace and working hours.


• Own transportation with current license is a must.
